New sandwich combinations using McDonalds breakfast components?

Now that the McDonalds near my home is serving Breakfast all day long, I’ve been going in and getting custom sandwiches using the new components. I have so far really enjoyed 2 in particular.
A Big Mac using Sausage patties instead of Hamburger.
A Cheeseburger using the English Muffin as a bun.
What other kinds of combinations has the collective enjoyed? Not necessarily constrained to use of Breakfast components.

McDouble with added lettuce, tomato, and Mac Sauce.
Poor man’s Big Mac.
Also, nuggets dipped in a side of Mac sauce doesn’t suck.
An onion ring inside a teen burger.
Teen burger, my gawd, do they still make teen burgers out there somewhere? lol
The only “special order,” which is on the menu, actually, but I didn’t notice until the other day, is an egg McMuffin only a bagel instead of the English muffin. It’s a nice substitute when I’m really, REALLY hungry. Just a little extra food.
Everytime I eat one, though, it’s weird, because if I had all the components separately I don’t think I could eat it all. If I ever have a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, I am completely full. I couldn’t eat an egg, a slice of ham and a piece of cheese too. Weird.
What is a teen burger?
AHA! Teen Burger! We dont have A&W any more here. Its a shame looks great!
