General Question
How do I install a driver supporting Solution Menu Ex?
Downloaded Windows 10 last night.
Logged in this morning, but all of my short cut menu buttons were dead.
Restarted, and then I could access specific files I have saved to my desktop, but no luck with Firefox.
Restarted again, and the short cut buttons to Firefox that are on the desk top worked, but the ones below, on the menu bar, didn’t.
Restarted again. Now all the shortcut icons are live.
Went to Facebook. Tried to save a picture. I was able to access my pictures file but none of the folders showed a preview of what pictures are inside.
Tried to make a new folder and couldn’t. It showed that it did, but when I went to open it, it said it couldn’t be found.
Also, there is no “Start” icon (with the windows icon) at the lower left so I can’t access the drives and files the way I used to. There is an icon there, but it’s black and white, not all the different colors that show it’s windows, and it’s dead. Next to it is a box that says, “Search the web and windows” But it’s not live.
In other words, the shit ain’t workin’. I’m getting an error message that a driver supporting Solution Menu Ex is not installed.
I googled, but it wasn’t much help. It kept suggesting that the problem was due to a Canon Printer. I replaced my Canon printer six months ago with an OfficeJet Pro 8600.
There were some links provided, I guess to down load the driver, but I’m afraid to download anything unless one of my Jellies says it’s OK.
Sorry if this is too long, or too short. I don’t know what information to provide.
