My husband and I moved 70 sheets of plasterboard from outside the garage to inside. Each sheet weighs 30kilos. So we moved 2 tonnes which is just short of 2 imperial tons. I’m impressed with my strength and stamina! Impress me with your feats of strength

To lift a one shot deal – if I lift up a 25 lb. bag of cat litter, and carry it, it’s pretty heavy.
I’ve lifted a 50 lb container once but I could feel it pulling in my abdomen. So somewhere between 25 lb and 50 lb is about it.
If I use all my strength I can maybe lift 245g
I frequently lift my dog, and I have to carry her up or down stairs about twice a week. She weighs 30 kg, which is 65 lb. I’m okay with that weight, but…I am watching what she eats.
If I overexert myself I can do quite a lot; I have a high pain tolerance and I’m damned stubborn. I pay for it for quite a while afterwards, though, in joint and muscle pain.
Someone in my neighborhood threw away an old grill. Obviously we were going to take it to the scrapyard, because money is money.
That was a week ago… my back still hurts, and I hardly did anything.
I ruined my left hand so a big jug of milk. I used to be able to Carry 80 lbs of French fries.
When I worked in a lumber yard I got to where I was loading two 80lb bags of concrete at a time like they were just small sacks of flour. I pick up my wife and carry her around the house. She’s about 110 pounds.
I regularly lift in the region of 250 pounds, from my wallet when the house staff ask for a pay rise.
I once threw a dwarf over a seven foot fence, he’d escaped from gardening duty on our estate.
When I stand on my hands, I lift the entire planet.
My powerlifting total is currently 250kg (75kg bench, 85kg squat, 90kg deadlift), at 73kg bodyweight. I could probably do a bit more, but those are my weights for 5 rep sets. I don’t train at maximum weight.
