Is this an example of positive police interaction (see link in details)
I think it was this past Tuesday (10/27/15) that a DC police officer asked a group of teens to disperse. One of the teens started playing a song and danced to it. The officer then challenged the teen to a dance…if the officer won, the teens would move on, if the teen won, they could stay. Here is the result.
I think this incident is an example of positive community engagement by police, especially in light of recent negative incidents.
