Do you have more than 3 health issues either big or small?

Seems that health problems are linked and there is never one on its own. Do you have more than one issue going on?

I think you might have to define “issues” a little more narrowly for us, @ZEPHYRA.
Yep, but I don’t know how broadly you’re talking. Just found out I have a bulging disc, found out not too long before that I have hypothyroidism, a rib problem I’ve been dealing with for years, and a vitamin D deficiency (goes hand in hand with hypo).
I have my health issues under control without using drugs. According to medical experts my issues are:
Heart (a-fib)
Nerves (anxiety)
Skin (melanoma and AK)
I have OCD, it’s a fact. Other than that, I don’t really have any health issues, truthfully. So no, I guess, my answer would be. I know that won’t last long…
Way more than three, unfortunately. Most of them are auto-immune issues, which seem to rarely travel solo.
Yes. My major three are totally unrelated to each other as far as I know.
I do have one health issue that I wasn’t even considering initially, so that would be the fourth, which kind of causes several different problems in my body. The fourth is some vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I’m not sure we are counting that? I believe the deficiencies when not kept in check cause me pain, lethargy, and weakness.
Nope! I had a big one but it was removed years ago. Now I got nuthin’. I am so fortunate!
Yes, but fairly minor, goes with the territory of being 50 something.
I have some arthritis and tendonitis in my wrists and fingers, years of use, repetitive stress injuries. It takes about 2 hours in the morning for 3 of my fingers on my left hand to become bendable again. haha
I have a wonky left ankle that is prone to sprains after repeated sprains, the most recent about a month ago. Pffft!
I have an Adrenal gland adenoma but it is benign but I get CT scans every 6 months to keep an eye on it, and, I have some high BP issues that I am managing without medications.
I also have crappy allergy issues but I deal.
The run o’ the mill, middle aged grab bag of bullshit. lol
@augustlan “auto-immune issues, which seem to rarely travel solo.”
That’s so true, and so unsettling. It seems that after a person’s immune system starts attacking healthy cells, it continues to have abnormal responses to other tissues. There seems to be a high degree of genetic sharing among autoimmune conditions.
It’s also frightening to know that autoimmunity tends to be hereditary, although the actual diseases differ among generations. So, if a mother has lupus or M.S., her children are at high risk for some sort of autoimmune issues.
I believe there are underlying causes for almost all, if not all, autoimmune diseases.
