I am Korean currently living in Brisbane for a while.
I do not know if I do because it is so hot during this summer season but I crave fruit juice everyday.
Boost juice (this is not an ad) is popular all over Australia
And each original sized cup costs 6–7 dollars
But I crave them so much (either that or some coles fruit juices)
I end up buying it once every two days.
Is this related to my health condition?
I heard when you crave something, it usually tells you something about your health. And after taking enough of it, the craving tends to cease. Only, in my case, it doesn’t stop!!!
- by the way, I do not crave real fruits somehow. Weird.

I’d guess either electrolytes or some “energy herb”.
I don’t know the ingredients, but my guess is sugar, flavor, liquid (for thirst) and if it has caffeine—addiction. If it has caffeine I think that’s probably the biggest reason you crave it.
It may also just be the novelty of a new thing. I think the word “crave” is overused. It shouldn’t be a synonym for “kind of would like to have, if it’s convenient”.
It’s hot outside and the drink is cold.
I just googled. Is this the product? For the life of me I can’t find full nutritional information, but it does say “boosters” have caffeine. I don’t know what boosters means. I don’t know if all the drinks have caffeine. It also warns children and pregnant women should not drink the protein drinks. I’m not sure if it’s because it has caffeine, or also other ingredients considered risky? Maybe it has creatine? Or, whatever else could cause concern? I don’t know a lot about those things.
@JLeslie According to their nutritional page they only offer a couple “boosters” that contain caffeine that can be added to any of the other drink offerings. Though with anywhere from 50 mg to 80 mg’s of carbs which are mostly sugars I could see these drinks offer some serious sugar high potential which can be addicting to some.
