(NSFW) Is this a real law in Alberta about nudity (details inside) ?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24945points) November 24th, 2015

Google nude and Alberta in news and you get the new law. The law says every one can go top less in public men and women. What are your thoughts? Or did I misread the news?

It’s actually not against the law in New York City.
Bruce Willis’s daughter Scout has been known to walk around town topless.

It’s not against the law in my city (Portland, Oregon), either.

I can’t find anything about Alberta, but it’s definitely legal in Ontario.

Did not find the article you were talking about but did find out that there have been several topless protests and a woman who was convicted for indecency had her conviction overturned, oh yeah, I also found out Where to be naked in Canada
