Any ideas on how to find my Jimdo password?

I have a Jimdo Webmail account. I changed the password today, and now I can’t get in.

I can only imagine that I made some kind of typo while entering the new password (twice). I’ve tried the old password, as well as some variations of the new one, such as all-caps.

Any ideas? I have lots of contacts in that account, and there are messages I need to respond to.
