I’m in!!! I’ve been a fan of his singing since I was a pre-teen. I was able to see him in concert only once, but I own virtually every album, cassette and CD he ever made, plus a large library of books about him. A close friend of mine who played the character “Higgins” on Magnum P.I. worked with him on an episode.
Dead. I love the slow, sad stuff, but hate the ring a ding ding shit.
Thanks for spreading the news. ;-)
I wasn’t a big Frank Sinatra fan but a coworker told me the HBO 2 part documentary is good. It’s on I think tonight and I’m recording it. I had it recorded on my old DVR and never got around to watching it. It will be watched one day. In the meantime, it’s being recorded for prosperity LOL.
No, @ragingloli, he died in 1998 @ age 83.
There has been a lot of attention on him in the US this year, because of the 100 years.
