What is the most important thing we can do for our whole health?
I say exercise. It impacts my physical health obviously, but it has proven to aid my mental health, too. When I exercise regularly, I feel better in all ways physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What do you think is the most important thing we can do to achieve good health in our whole being?

Most? I’m going with exercise. But eating right, and avoiding intoxicants and cigarettes are right behind it.
Have a healthy and balanced relationship with food.
Fixing muscular imbalances and overloads.
@LDRSHIP What is a muscular imbalance and what is a muscular overload?
Keep all things in balance.
Moderation, after that plenty of water.
Hard to pick one.
Move around. Walk, clean, all out physical activity. Anything.
Marry someone you get along well with. If you get married.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Almost everything is small stuff.
I’d say it’s hard to pick one. Eat right, don’t smoke, alcohol in moderation, do what you need to do for yourself (I hate the term “me time”) but that sums it up.
I’d go with exercise too.
Yes, exercise is most important…it even helps prevent Alzheimer’s in older people.
Exercise and meditation. Very few people recognize the extremely positive psychological and physical benefits that it has. It’s what allowed me to get my panic attacks under control. It took a lot of practice, but it was well worth it.
Yeah I’m with @ARE_you_kidding_me. I think excessive worrying over my health and habits has hurt me more than any of those actual habits have.
Exercise has been shown to be the most beneficial to mental health. It gets my vote from personal experience

All of the above are relevant, but I believe that having a healthy mind, a positive outlook, a non-negative in look and self-acceptance will improve my whole health. (I am still working on it!).
@Hawaii_Jake There is a good amount of videos out there that explain it in different ways better than I could.

But for me I have found after my right knee injury, years ago now, it is causing ankle pain in my left foot because I continue to compensate even after I have recovered. Something I try to stay aware of when running and exercising. Overload guess can be looked at in two ways. You need to push yourself to get better and stronger, but also be reasonable without killing yourself.
Like others said balance is pretty important.
Food, sports, good relationships.
