Boston Jellies: can you recommend a good place for dinner?

I’m traveling with my elementary school aged child. She likes steak. We both like seafood. Nothing too fancy. We’re staying in the Beacon Hill area, going to the Ballet tonight. Looking for a restaurant in either Beacon Hill or near the ballet.
I should have asked this sooner but was trying to research it myself on travel sites.

It’s about a mile from Beacon Hill, but the Union Oyster House is very good. Sorry, not too familiar with anything closer.
Legal Seafood or Durgin Park – near Quincy Market – are fun.
The restaurant at the Copley Plaza.
If you stop by, please say “hello” to the Oval Room, where I got married 25 years ago!
I’ll second Legal Seafood for fish/seafood or Durgin Park for beef.
I’m probably too late. I like @Mariah‘s suggestion. I’ve never been there, but Union Oyster house is a classic tourist place. It might be busy, though. If you’re wondering about food for the future, I have a whole repertoire of frequent places I go to for about $7 meals. They’re good quality foods, but they’re not sit-down places.
It’s probably too late now- but Marchi’s was always really good Italian fare.
Hope you found taste-y where you ended up.
