[Probably NSFW] Why is there a correlation between high heeled shoes and sex scenes in movies?

They are singling that they are hookers. Can’t do much else work wise in a high heeled shoe.

Women wearing high heels sway when they walk naturally. The switching of hips and waggling behind are invitations to sex. They also show off the legs nicely (but to me are not worth the pain).

It doesn’t surprise me that such an uncomfortable and physically debilitating adaptation should serve no useful function beyond titilation.

Heels make your butt look perkier.

I regarded it as my great obligation when my daughter came along to hammer into her head the realities involved with the preposterous and endless stupidities of those industries purportedly based on “how to get a man.” I regard my apparent success at this to be my greatest achievement.

As for the shoes being in actual sex scenes, the shoes force the foot to point which some may perceive as looking sexier.

I suspect it might be a holdover from the porn industry, but for reasons many have said, sexier rump, more defined legs, the stark contrast of the color of the footwear, etc. I think pumps in bed serve more reason than Lycra contraptions on bosoms with no sag. But it is media life, lots of things are not as in real life. I don’t think I ever boinked a woman under the sheets, and if she tried to keep that stupid bra on, I would have literally got scissors and cut it off her. Why ask why? Just enjoy that it happens, better than when she wear sneakers but that can be sexy too,

Could be that high heels, those hard, long and straight shoe poles speak to our subconscious as women’s phalluses ready to cinematically impale us as well-? lol
