Would President Trump use Twitter?

If Trump became President (unlikely but certainly possible), would he be allowed to use his Twitter account? If so, do you think he would use it the way he uses it now—to insult and blame other world leaders, fulminate, brag, whine, etc.?

I think he’d have daily shows from a blinged up oval office, kind of a Liberace themed press conference, where he’d talk to the nation, bare chested & clutching a tiny monkey to his nipple.

Why would he change? If he won it would just reinforce his belief of his Tweets got him there.
In view of the mischief and calamity that must accompany a Trump presidency, his doings on twitter will be at the bottom of our concerns. Sort of like speculation over whether the devil wears boxers or briefs.
Obama is allowed to use his Twitter account(s) so I would think Trump will continue tweeting if he ever became POTUS. Obama even whined about congress on twitter today. Made me laugh! :D

@Love_my_doggie the number is probably in the millions by now….Hillary is 68 and Tweets all day long. 4 so far today and no surprise Trump has her beat with 6 tweets.
He will tweet a lot, and they will be huuuugggee! No character limit for his tweets. Sadly, his character is limited.
He could create as new cabinet position with like a 30 day rotation given out in raffles at radio stations across the country. Lead Trumptweeter or something.
