What's the best way to keep a Peace Liliy alive?

It’s doing okay, but the tips of the leaves are brown and I have to water it every two days for it to stay alive.

Did you know that it was 2007 Desk Plant of the Year and has excellent ability to freshen the air. Here is another link with care instructions. They are pretty hardy.
