Have you ever injured yourself really bad doing something simple?

Last night I was laying back into bed and I hit the back of my head on the corner of a dresser. I cut my head so bad there was blood all over my hands and I spent the night in the bathroom holding a cloth on my head trying to stop the bleeding and trying not to throw up from hitting my head so hard. I just wanted to go to sleep.
