What stage of grief is "MEH" ?
I got my diploma English scores and I got a 38% and I replied as a big “MEH”. (Because I can not lower my mark from 65%) I don’t care anymore. I will keep studying what I like and order books from Amazon and library books. MEH!!

You took a big risk to take this test again. I am very sorry you did not get the score you wanted. I am very glad you took a chance and took the test. You are brave to take the test again. Good for you!
It’s OK to study on your own. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It’s commendable.
I suggest you pick a subject and study it for at least one year. Get as much information about that subject in that year and read it as you can. Go for broke!
“Meh” is just “meh.” Not overwhelmingly bad or sad, more like resigned acceptance. Good luck with your studying, tests aren’t everything. It’s the process not the outcome that counts.
If it really doesn’t bother you, then “MEH” could be going straight through to “acceptance”.
If it turns out it does bug you, “MEH” may be “denial” or “bargaining”.
the “I Don’t Care” or “Whatever” stage
Meh is often a good place
I think it’s great you took the test. If you don’t care that your score was low, then that’s fine. If you wind up caring, because maybe you are in some sort of denial stage, then look at the test and see maybe if it’s your test taking skills and not your knowledge of the subject. Reread the questions. Test taking is a skill in and of itself, and there are classes for it and you can take practice tests.
It’s up to you, I certainly have no opinion on what you should do. Always good to try, and you did. That takes guts and I applaud you for it.
Some colleges in America you can take classes not for a grade. If you’re interested in learning in a classroom type setting, maybe even online but with a professor rather than reading on your own, that might be an option.
Denial. If you didn’t care, you wouldn’t have taken the test again. @Hawaii_Jake is giving good advice.
Sounds like “acceptance” to me.
