I walked home from getting groceries and carried a large bag of oranges and some other stuff, like milk. What should I do?

Took a hot bath. Feel slightly better. Still shaking and out of breath. Will go take a nap.

I think the shaking will stop within a few hours.

Check your vitamin D level next time you get a blood test if you haven’t done it in a while. I use to shake from using my muscles, and I didn’t have to do much.

Sounds like you might have pulled a muscle and/or stressed a nerve. Warm baths should help. If not, see your doc.

I’m feeling better. Had a hot bath and some bacon and fruit.

I’m glad.

Me too.

Bacon Makes it Better (not so sure about the fruit thing).

It sound that you had low blood sugar, because of the shaking and out of breathness that you mentioned. Had you eaten much before exerting yourself? From what I know about you, I think that you are not very active? Going for a walk each day would build up your fitness levels so that activity like that wouldn’t be so hard. A short slow walk to begin with then build it up. Can you afford a pedometer? Keeping track can help motivate. The only exercise I like is walking and cycling. Hate all the others, but walking I can do.
