Any recommendations for toning lower back, glutes, and love handles?

Can someone give me some pointers on toning these trouble spots?
I’m a daily runner, but that’s not a full body routine. I’m thinking about buying a rower would that help?

This will get you in shape and tone you using your own body weight, a 7 minute workout.
That will strengthen your core.
Something simple you could do for your butt and love handles are walking lunges. Be cautious if you have bad knees, though.
You should google bodybuilding.com, they have tons of articles on workout programs, routines, exercises with videos, diet, and forums!
Also, here’s some exercises I think work great.
Any compound lifts that involve working out more than one muscle such as barbell squats, deadlifts, and good mornings. Those not only work out your lower body but abs too!
So barbell squat works got core, butt, and legs.
Deadlifts work your lower back and hamstrings.
Love handles are fat so there’s not really a target for that other than maybe twists.
