I'm thinking about things too much! Good thriller/scary movie recommendations?

I need a distraction so I can stop thinking for a while and I’m in the mood to be freaked out, like with a good haunting movie, but I have no idea what to watch. Most suck horribly, so if you know of a ghost/thriller movie that’s also funny (like the New Zealand movie “Housebound”), I’d welcome those as well. Preferably newish movies, if you know of any. Thanks, guys.
