Is there a way I can do things after a hard workout?
I've been taking a running camp every weekday and we usually run 4 to 6 miles with lots of hard workouts. I am extremely worn out and when i get home Im so exhausted i can't do much unless i take a nap and get revitalized.

My mate did something similar when he was training for his marathon. I'll just tell you what he told me about his routine.
Try shifting your diet - for example eating foods packed with energy when you feel tired, such as a banana. Banana's give you an immediate boost (especially if they're browner). Eating things jammed with carbs like porridge or pasta will release energy gradually throughout the day so you might find you have more energy at the end of it! And try to cut out most if not all junk foods and fatty foods which can make you feel lethargic.
I always thought bananas were the thing to eat (playing competative tennis), but I did a training session with Judy Murray (British no.1 Andy's mum for anyone who doesn't know) and she said digestive biscuits (I'm not sure what the US alternative would be) or Jaffa Cakes. Raw Jello is also a good energy booster.
If you sweat alot, you should try and drink gatorade or something to raise your salt levels too.
bananas are good because the potassium keeps your muscles from cramping. the biscuits/jello/etc are just a big burst of energy from the sugar.
and, to answer your question, make sure you're doing an appropriate cool-down after your run -- a good 15 minutes of stretching and breathing slowly.
It's true, though, that some simple sugars after your workout can really help with recovery. I personally like a gatorade or an apple juice with my protein shake after I get my gain on.

I feel like if you’ve run 6 miles, and you feel like taking a nap, there’s nothing wrong with that. Perhaps you should listen to your body, and take the nap.
