Why am I getting the message "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware"? (cont.)
Below that it says Application firefox.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.
This computer is still under warranty so if it’s a hard drive issue I need to know so I can take it back…..again.

Is a pop-blocker on?
Also, try opening it in a different browser.
Sounds like the PC did an update and may noy have completed all other updates. Here is the Microsoft Community answer for the problem you describe.
I can’t help my machine is a Mac.
It’s an issue with the graphics driver. Gamers like me tend to know more about that sort of issue than “general computer guys”, so your best shot of finding answers is from them.
I skimmed a few gamer sites and your issue is not uncommon. I found very few solutions though and the one I did find is one that some people may find a little scary; turning off Windows Firewall. Since I use third-party software for that sort of thing, I always turned it off not long after buying/building a new PC. My experience with Microsoft’s security is that they hinder a lot of legitimate activities without actually protecting you as well as something less intrusive and conflict-prone like ZoneAlarm does.
In any event, it’s a software thing; your hardware is fine.
