What is the funniest movie you have ever seen?
I always appreciate some excellent recommendations for comedy movies. Plus Apple awarded me three free rentals that I have yet to use.

Probably a tie between Bananas, Airplane, and Young Frankenstein.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
@Dutchess_III My favorite Mythy Python is The Life of Brian
“He’s not the messiah, he’s a very naughty boy!”
Idiocracy, kingpin, napoleon dynamite, team america, borat…
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is one of my favorites.
A good one that came out last year is What We Do In the Shadows. I’ve seen it three times, and I still laugh every time I see it.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Ruthless People
It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, World
Some Like It Hot
The Naked Gun
Death at a Funeral (2007 british version)
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
National Lampoon’s Vacation
Office Space
Mrs. Doubtfire
Harold and Maude
Foul Play (1978 Chevy Chase)
One of the funniest movies I’ve seen in recent years is “Knocked Up.” I also love “Night at the Opera” and “Annie Hall.”
High Anxiety was a hilarious movie. Cloris Leachman brought comedy to a fine point.
My top 2 are Ruthless people and a fish called Wanda.
Blazing Saddles. with The Man with two brains running close behind.
Dead Men Don’t Wear Plaid. But then again I’m a film-noir nerd.
Dogma made me laugh more than anything else I’ve seen (to the point I almost choked on chocolate milk).
