How much weight would you like to lose?
I just something that said everyone, especially woman, would like to lose some amount of weight. Is that true? I’d like to lose 5 or 10 pounds myself, and I’m working on it.

I’d like to lose about 10 pounds from my waist.
How could you lose weight from just one section of your body?
Not true. I very much want to lose negative ten pounds :P
I lost 39 pounds in the past 9 months through running & regular workouts.
I now weigh in at 162 pounds & have never been fitter, even got me a six pack
Roughly four tons of my wife’s old sweaters.

I mean, I was never big, just wanted to be leaner & more defined as i’ve always been of slim & athletic build until mostly beer kinda got in the way.

I just lost about 150 pounds by going No Contact with a toxic family member. Since shedding her, I feel much better, I have much better heart and organ function, and a great lessening of anxiety.
How did that happen @canidmajor? I mean, did she cause you to over eat?

I’m 5’11“and weigh 148 pounds. I’d like to gain 10 to 15 pounds. Been trying and just can’t make it happen.
Well I started with 25 lbs but now I have 20 to go. Now that I’m over the worse of menopause I hope I can keep this going and keep it all off this time.
I need to lose 30 lbs. 35 would be best. I lost 15 last year but have since gained it back.
I’ve lost 30 pounds since the end of September, thirty more coming up.
I don’t know how much I’d like to lose. It’s been so long since I weighed myself that I don’t have a gauge.
So, I’ll say 15#. I think 10 is really probably overkill, but I’d just as soon have the lee-weigh to gain a few back.

I’m guessing that I’ve lost about 8 pounds since Christmas.
I’ve lost 17 lbs since November. I’m good where I’m at, but want to maintain this weight.
I haven’t been able to gain or lose weight in 20 years.
I’m happy with my weight but I’m going to go to a gym I would like to tone up.
I know how I can lose 10 lbs of ugly fat right away- cephalectomy*! ;-o

15 lbs I haven’t been at that weight since I was a teenager. I’m at the lighter end of my weight which, over the years, has seesawed between this and 30lb heavier. I’ve been hovering around this weight for two or three years now. Still would like to lose that last bit, and keep it off…
Yes. Go on a mustard diet! Mustard and sunflower seeds!
It’s the things I like to eat with mustard! And mustard makes them so tasty I eat even more

I saw a jar of mustard – French, I think it said – that was nothing but whole seeds. I need to try that.
Oh, and BTW, I saw a floor scale today. Squinted my eyes, and stepped on it. 150. I’m 5’9”, so I was pleasantly surprised.
Just finished a bit of snack. Blue cheese slathered with course mustard. lol
