Have you even been at a movie theater, had to use the restroom, and missed part of your movie?
I have, but usually hold it the best I can. For the price you pay I hate to miss anything.

No, thanks to my usually very cooperative bladder.
I’ve been with people who have, though. Sometimes people on the Internet post suggestions for the best times to run out to pee during specific films, for those with less cooperative bodies.
Maybe 4 times in my life. 4 times in 48 years. Not too bad. I think movies over 2 hours they should do an intermission like live theatre. The movie didn’t start playing right away to begin with. First they start with all the ads and trailers and public service announcements.
I get my butler to order the projectionist to pause the movie
Even if I don’t feel like I have to go, I’ll go right as soon as I get to the theater so I’m set.
Almost never. I will cross my legs before I’ll miss the film. I was watching Spectre, and we’d been out drinking beer with friends beforehand… I really needed to go, but I made it until the end of the film.
Yes, when I first saw Star Wars Episode One. I refer to this as The Pretzel Menace because my bowels went into full eject mode after eating a small part of an undercooked pretzel at the theater.
At 76, my bladder is not as elastic as it was when I was 66. As much as I hate leaving a movie before it ends, sometimes I do not have a choice.
I always go before the movie starts (at the theater). I never drink anything douing the movie. I usually have to go by the end, but I hate leaving in the middle.
No.
I go to the movies, on average, several times a month and always pick an afternoon matinee, noon or later.
I leave a few hours in advance, run any errands grab a couple tacos or some other sort of fast food, and drink sparingly. I then go to the bathroom before the movie starts.
I do smuggle in a bottle of water in my purse for a sip now and then, but I never have to leave my seat to go.
