Does anyone know of the old computer game Mr. Mix and is it real?

I first heard about this game from creepy pasta. I’m curious to know if this is a real game?

Apparently, it’s some sort of typing game. I found some gameplay of it on youtube and it does look like a real game. But I’m unable to find any other information about it. Who created it and exactly what year it was released.
