It’s. Almost. Over.

Diapers. Snot. Tantrums. (I worked 4 full days at daycare this week)

But those words could also be
Laughter. Mudpies. Goofiness.

Exhausting.

Fast. Also slow.

Older jellies will know what I mean.

Ground Hog Day. Everyday is pretty much the same, with enough pleasant little changes to keep them interesting, rounded with a sleep.

Done and Done almost

Busy, busy, busy, and exhausting.

I am house/horse/pet sitting for 4 dogs, one that is just a few weeks out from hip surgery and needs meds and leash walking only, 21 chickens, 11 horses and mules and a very demanding pussy cat that meows loud enough to wake the dead, and me. haha
I have a task to complete about every 30 minutes from 7 a.m. until the last doggy bathroom outting around 9 p.m.
I am also helping my friend that lives here in this gargantuan house to clean, dust and organize her gazillions of books in her book collection. I am about to start on the last two double rowed shelves soon.

I am wiped out but I am also very generously compensated for all my conscientious efforts.
Goota go, pussy is screaming at the door to come in and finish her breakfast. lol

@stanleybmanly Haha…it’s a busy one, but hey, ( hay ) it’s also a beautiful and peaceful retreat here. The view from the front porch is an expansive lawn with a huge pond, willow trees, an island, croaking Bullfrogs and nothing but rolling hills, oak trees and ancient granite outcroppings on 200 acres or more across the little road. Come on over, you can help push the hay cart around the paddock rows. haha

That last one doesn’t seem to go with the first two but despite the rough week I had there were a few moments throughout the week where a friend’s kindness really helped me get through things.

Stuff and vomit. A life of a student preparing and taking the finals.

Oh, I almost forgot what I did last weekend that was so much fun!

Taking this week off and it’s well deserved, the first full week I have had off in over 3 years, hell, I’d pay to take this time right now. lol
Another big block of house sitting coming up at the end of next week. Today I cleaned stuff out of my closet, took it to the local Goodwill, did a little grocery shopping and now I am going to rest my sore body after a hardcore, much needed, massage yesterday.
