How can I obtain the volume of an irregular body if I just know the vertex coordinates of the irregular body?

I want to calculate the volume of an irregular body（the boundaries are convex），but I just know the vertex coordinates of the irregular body？
I know Shoelace formula can obtain the area of irregular surface by （https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoelace_formula）. So I think the the volume of an irregular body（the boundaries are convex）can be solved.
