I always say there are no perfect employees (and there are no perfect bosses and no perfect jobs). Every employee has advantages and disadvantages.
What are yours? What are your strongest points? What are your weaknesses or areas that are constantly a challenge for you as an employee?

I work really well alone, and most times can get the job done.
My weakest point is holding my temper when the boss is an idiot.
Strongest – devotion, dedication, patience and willing to go the extra mile.
Weakest – anxiety, lack of confidence in choices, taking work issues home and not being firmer.
My brain is a sponge, I learn fast. I find I approach problems in an unusual way which is useful to have on a team when multiple viewpoints are often needed. When the mission is clear I Get Shit Done fast.
I get anxious easily. My performance actually increases in terms of speed when I’m anxious, but I have less conviction in my decisions so I ask a lot of questions or take a “safe” approach which might not be optimal.
Positives: I learn and adapt quickly to the task, I work quickly, efficiently, and accurately. When knowledgeable on a topic I can share that information with confidence.
Negatives: I do not “do” office politics. I do not try to make friends. I have little ambition. Leave me alone and let me do my job. If I need you I know where the email client lives.
