Well us Brits will join in as it’s a Bank Holiday weekend for us too.

I’m up for a party and I have brought a gas paella burner and pan and all the ingredients

I got an easy recipe from the internet. Betty Crocker Angel food cake mix with one 20 oz can of crushed pineapple, including the juice. Mix and bake. (optional: spread with Cool Whip or other whipped topping and sprinkle with coconut). Going to try this weekend and I’ll bring it to the Fluther party.
