Who has the greatest agility in the Marvel universe?

Preferred from the 80s trading card collection. Spider-Man and NightCrawler are tied for 6 out of 7 for agility. Who is 7 / 7? On the agility trading card it just shows a puff of smoke with out a name.

At the time, they probably intended Quicksilver as the most agile and effective in the Marvel Universe, but right now my money’s on Deadpool, and Marvel seems to think so, too.
