How much would you pay a part-time office manager or bookkeeper?

I’m working freelance, and I’m curious what people think. Please tell me what country you live in and how much you would think is reasonable per hour.

I do my work online for domestic and international small companies. AR, AP, including creating invoices, following up on aging, international wires, bill payments, quickbooks.
