Why does my arm hurt?
I just turned 21, and had a party last night. Of course, I got drunk, which was actually my first time ever getting fully inebriated. However, I woke up today with a usual hangover, but my left arm is in terrible pain. The muscles feel tight, and it’s throbbing rather irregularly. As I mentioned before, I don’t drink alcohol in excessive amounts, so I don’t think it could be anything like alcoholic neuropathy. I’m sure I’m just psyching myself out, but has any ever experienced this who doesn’t drink that often?

The only way anybody will know for sure is if you are seen by a doctor. If you feel up to it, go to the ER. Otherwise, we on a website cannot guess.
Did you black out? Maybe you did something to strain your arm that you can’t remember.
Most likely you injured yourself while you were drunk. It’s pretty common.
Yep.. something happened which you can’t remember now. That seems obvious reason here. Go see your doc and get it treated asap. Be careful next time to be in the limit for your own safety. You know what I mean right?
Yeah, it’s called a drunk-bump.
Possible you did something to it you can’t remember while you were intoxicated. If the pain persists in the next few days or gets to be too unbearable, I’d go to the doctor.
Did you fall asleep/pass out on your arm?
Eddie Money passed out with his legs crossed and damn near lost his leg from cutting off the circulation.
So last night was your first fully inebriated, but you know what*”...the usual hangover is.”*? Seriously, get your story straight.
Speaking with, sadly, lots of experience . I would wager that you did something probably stupid, and now you’re paying for it. Sounds like you got off lucky. I’m sure it’ll stop hurting eventually . A smart person would take this as a warning of how things turn out when you drink too much. That makes me not smart….
@Darkshines If you were so drunk that you can’t remember what you did to injure your arm that should be a huge red flag for you.
