I chew some sugar free mint gum.
I only drink coffee first thing in the morning and then I brush my teeth.
I am not a napper so there is nothing to do to improve my breath after a nap. haha
At home, I brush my teeth and take a shower as part of my routine. At work, I may or may not brush my teeth, depending on if there’s a meeting or something.
No. I don’t think coffee worsens my breath. I drink yummy coffee. I think it probably improves my breath. I also have had a lot of make-out sessions after coffee with no breath complaints.

At home, I usually drink coffee in the morning when I get up, then I shower and brush my teeth before going to work. If I have coffee at work, I’ll usually have a piece of gum afterward, like I do after I have lunch.
