General Question

How do Strategies work in Game Theory via Extensive Form?
More specifically, if there are simultaneous and sequential options then how can you determine the strategies a player might have? Is it just all outcomes possible?

So would A then have 6 strategies, and B have 4 different strategies? Please explain so I can learn this; thanks!
