What's better Fluther or Reddit?
I’ve been using Reddit for a while and have been getting tired with how full it gets. I was wondering if its time to move?

I use both for very different reasons.
If you’re just looking to be entertained, Reddit is better due to much more content; fluther is only good for a handful of pass-through in a day because there isn’t that much activity.
Like you said though, Reddit is very full so unless you participate frequently in a small subreddit you’re not going to get to know anybody. Fluther is great for having conversations and debates in a small, tight-knit community.
Welcome.
Reddit is a lesser 4chan.
Better for what?
As @Mariah wrote, these are two different things for two different purposes, with two different audiences and two different potential outcomes.
When you say “which is better?” – what criteria are you using?
That is like saying,“which is better, cantaloupe or kiwi fruit?”
Other thanking internet sites, they aren’t really comparable. They are structured differently, and fluther is moderated to keep from being vicious.
As others have said, they are different.
The thing at Fluther is if someone disagrees, they start an argument. If someone at Reddit disagrees, they downvote you without comment and you are helpless to respond. The more downvotes you get, the less you can post.
Apples and Oranges. Enjoy both.
