The Caine Mutiny just began on the tv. Funny, but I don't remember it as a color film. Does anyone else?

The Wikipedia entry for the movie has color stills. It was made in 1954 when most “big” movies were coming out in color.

Actually, those khaki uniforms somehow feel right. I think it’s the fact that the first few times seeing the movie was on a black & white tv. O well…

I do, and I love that film. I saw it recently and for the umpteenth time.

The typhoon scenes are rolling now & I’m in heaven. I’m going
to roll them back just for the dialog. It’s absolutely wonderful!
