Why not? It’s not like the US hasn’t done it before.

Never.

@Lightlyseared complacency like yours is truly sick.

I’m not sure anybody should be trusted with nuclear weapons. But if it’s a forced choice between the two candidates before us, I don’t choose the power-mad nut case.

Now how about the power freaks and nut cases in other countries?

The Rep/cons seem to think so.

@Lightlyseared “Why not? It’s not like the US hasn’t done it before.”

That is not a good reason.

No.

Because we should select an actual non-corrupt intelligent civilized candidate who means well and represents the people, to be president. Everyone else should be disqualified. That means we should eject 90+% of our elected officials and candidates.

Given that he had a twitter tantrum this morning even after hearing that, I would say No.

@Lightlyseared I just read that you live in London. I apologize. I thought you were from the US. I can now understand your complacency. You see, I believe it is the widespread complacency and cynicism of the US citizen that is largely responsible for the mess we are in and you have nothing to do with that. All the rest of the world can do is shake their heads and watch complacently. I understand completely. Again, please accept my apology.

I wouldn’t trust him to carry his own dinner knife to the kitchen sink without hurting someone.

I think liberals—and that’s most of you here—are really misjudging Trump. It’s a misjudgment coloured by an antipathy toward him, which I can appreciate.

Trump tweets for attention. He says things for attention.

He’s not getting “angry” or “baited”—quite the opposite. He’s the one baiting you.

Trump has barely spent a cent on his campaign, and here he is again—getting massive amounts of free publicity. And in doing so, he gets to repeat anti-Hillary slogans and soundbites, and reminds more and more people of how “crooked” she is.

The fact that all of the criticisms of Trump come from the liberal establishment and liberal media— which has been complicit in manipulation and deceit in the contest for the Democratic nominee—lacks any sort of credibility outside of Hillary’s fanbase, and could well have the opposite to its intended effect.

I’m still unsure whether Trump is just an accidental genius, blindly bumbling through his campaign and just happening to be the right sort of candidate (to succeed) in this moment in history in —or whether he’s genuinely brilliant—but I’m increasingly confident of his chances of winning the presidency.

I have no question that he is the idiot savant of marketing gimmicks. Unfortunately after the infomercial is over there’s that tiny matter of a four year term full of executive orders we all have to survive.

He’s a spoiled brat.
