If you were Mike Pence (Trump's VP Candidate) how would you feel about the last week in Trumpland?

Instead of promoting the unified front of a running mate, Pence has already split from Trump to endorse Paul Ryan. The next few months should be fun to watch.

Pence has messed up Indiana with his bigoted leadership. His reelection was not “pretty-sure”.

So this gets him the national spotlight without spending his own money, and despite the sinking, he won’t get blamed. Easy out for him to increase his name recognition while being cast as a party stalwart.

Whether the campaign survives or not, he has a lot to gain politically by being the “good soldier”.

I’d be feeling good. Like I was VP already.

I believe if Trump quit or somehow got ousted, Pence would be the candidate. Not a bad reason for him to soldier on.

Attaching yourself to Trump is like strapping into one of those mining car carts for a scary ride through the fun house of blunders & bad taste.

I would think he would have assumed that such things would happen. Unless he never listened to a word Trump said before he joined him.
I assume he will say dumb shit all the time. He never lets me down.

^^^ Tee hee! The lovely Mrs. Palin was very active in Trump’s campaign, getting in front of cameras and saying silly things to endorse him. Then, her son pleaded guilty to a criminal charge last month, just days before the convention, and Palin was suddenly absent and silent. Hmm…do you think there might have been a connection?
