Tell the psychologist the truth about what you feel and experience because of those feelings. You can tell him/her many of the things you tell us here on Fluther.

The psychologist is a student?

Tell how you feel. Honestly.
I see that time has passed, so…
How did it go?

@LuckyGuy He suggested that I sign up for Pokémon Go and walk. My data is limited so I would wait until my credit card is paid off in February. Also he said that I should stay with my psychiatrist because of the shortage of doctors.

@flutherother This time it wasn’t, But usually I get a masters student of psychology, for free.

@RedDeerGuy1 That’s great. He want you to have an interest, get outdoors, and move.
I would have suggested Geocaching since it is free.
