The audience: Women and men
My clothing line is sexy, outgoing, confident, it’s targeting party goers, events such as galas, and etc.
When people walk in a room, I want them to be admired by everyone.

Since this is a line of clothing that you’re attempting to get off the ground, then it’s not the name that’s going to accomplish your ends, but well-made, good quality clothing in stylish (or maybe fashionable; they’re not synonyms) design, well-fitted and in good colors, fabrics and patterns that show off the models’ natural beauty.
No one cared a hoot about the various “brand names” that are now out there until those qualities were on display, and after that happens, then the brand names become recognized for those qualities. But it’s not the name that makes the quality; it’s the quality that makes the name.
What about Libér? or Libër?
Reasoning:
Freedom, partying, carefree, French = fashion/class/chic.
