Why does hair feel waxy after a hair dye?

I feel my hair is waxy and kind of weighted down due to the fact that I applied a hair toner.

@jca Hi, Indeed I did, perhaps I did not rinse enough or some leftovver residue stayed in my hair.

You need to use shampoo and conditioner afterwards and rinse it all out.
