I often find myself really horny at work. I work in a small office with a few co-workers and my boss. I sit down and design for 8 hrs a day so my mind tends to wander all the time. I would go to the bathroom and release, however it is a very small office. My co-workers may wonder why I am taking so long. I actually did it on one occasion, mainly because the sensations got a bit too much to hold back.

I feel this has happened to everyone at least once or twice at work.
How do you guys handle the urge and sensations?

Having a fleeting sexual urge doesn’t mean you have to act on it, you should have the self control to wait on relieving your sexual impulses in a more appropriate environment, like when you get home from work.
If you only do this this on rare occasion no biggy, but if you have to go off to the bathroom and masturbate at work every day or multiple times a day I think you need to look at the underlying issues, like anxiety and stress relaated compulsive behaviors.
