CTRL key, and any other key that you can think of.

The ctrl key is general used for keyboard shortcuts, so you don’t have one a tablet, unless it has a keyboard.
Everything you can do with a ctrl key, you can do in another way without it.
@funkdaddy What is the other way? Let’s say for CTRL F
There’s no universal answer. Every tablet OS is different and most keyboard shortcuts are specific to the program/app you’re running.
I’m guessing you’re trying to “find” in a browser? Most have either:
- a browser bar (where you enter the URL you want to go to) that doubles as a search as well, including finding on the current page you have up in the browser
– a menu of some sort that you can tap to bring up options, including “find”
Does one of those work for you?
….Thanks @funkdaddy I’m looking for it. I’ll report back.
On Chrome for tablets, there are 3 vertical dots on the top right. Tap them and a menu comes up. Find in Page is one of the options.
It’s on the USB keyboard I plug into any tablet I’m faced with using for something that would benefit from a keyboard.
Thanks all. Much appreciated.
