@olivier5 Thank you for your approach. I am looking for something recent in the news for example that can have an impact on the two countries relations and their opinions and thoughts on it as well.

Does Australia buy Kuwaiti oil? Also, I see Australia was a member of the coalition that ousted Iraq from Kuwait in 1991.

@Call_Me_Jay Thank you for your kind approach. You are correct they were a member of the coalition. Am not sure about the oil, I will check on that though. But am looking for something recent and current that is going on in both countries or at least one of them and may have an impact on the two countries bilateral relations… Thanks again I appreciate it

Comparative religious freedoms in the two countries.

Comparative women’s rights in the two countries.

Foreign relations: Which of the two countries contributed more to the war on terror and various middle eastern tensions. Which country sent armed forces, and why?

Imports and exports (i.e. foreign trade) between the two.

Compare and contrast forms of government (parliamentary democracy versus a King or Emir)

Kuwaiti Camels in Australia. (No really, there are about 750,000 camels in Australia!)

I would suggest going to your local academic library and enlisting the help of a reference librarian. They will have the search skills and access to databases that may not be available to the general public online. There are databases like JSTOR where you can search through poli sci journals for your topic.

Both countries have an arid climate, and to survive the residents must find ways to conserve water and find ways to acquire more. You could look at the water policies in both countries…

Here in the US, people have been known to fight wars over water rights. How does water or the lack of it affect the political climate?

Welcome to Fluther.

I do not know much about bilateral relations between Kuwait and Australia (okay, let me clarify and qualify that: I don’t know a damned thing), but I do know that if you plan to use words with your presentation, whether spoken, written into PowerPoint or spray-pained as graffiti on a wall, then that makes it “verbal”. If you’re going to speak at this presentation – that is, if it is “a spoken presentation” – then it’s an “oral” presentation. Stop snickering. Words have overt and actual meaning quite apart from the smutty ones that they acquire.

You’re making an oral presentation, I expect, and not just a verbal one.
