Moonlight shadow from 1983 (if you believe YT description) was remixed into this remix my Gigi D’ Agostino.
@Esedess DeepPurple by Donnie and Marie. And Deep Purple by April Stevens and Nino Tempo.
Ice Cube’s ‘Today Was a Good Day.’
Old Eisley Brothers tune.
West Coast!
This sounds like a strange suggestion but Peter Gabriel’s cover of David Bowie’s Heroes is pretty excellent. It takes a while to build, so do yourself a favor and hear it through to the end.
@azlotto @Sneki95 You guys hit the closest to what I’m looking for.
Guess I should have been more specific. I’m not looking for covers or songs auto-tuned from speech. I’m looking for a popular song from the 90’s or earlier, that someone then took and remixed electronically. The best example I could find of what I’m talking about is that Bill Withers remix in the description, but I’ll try to list a few more below. Honestly though, I just don’t know many, hence posing the question in the first place…
Ace of Base – All That She Wants (A Spitzenklasse Remix)

Men at Work – Land Down Under (Chachi & Paige Remix)

Biggie Smalls – Party and Bullshit (Ratatat Remix)

Bad Paris – Ain’t no Mountain High Enough (Trap Remix)

Journey – Don’t Stop Believin’ (Felix Voya Remix)

Aerosmith – Dream On (Griz Remix)

Off this list, I only really listen to the 1st and 3rd ones. The others I found just now to provide more examples.
