What is this "Ask Jelly" website we are being re-directed to in the related questions?

Is this a new template design for the main Fluther website? It looks really cool either way.

Hi, @NerdyKeith. I’m loving Rant Café and The Irish Humanist. I could listen to your voice all day.

According to what I’ve read, AskJelly.com is in addition to Fluther.com and not intended to replace or succeed Jelly-ville.
