How do you change a text in all caps into small letters in email etc. ?

You can change a text to italics or change the font or undeline the whole text, etc., but how do you change an all caps text into small letters (except the first letter of every sentence) or vice versa?

You Can Change A Text To Italics Or Change The Font Or Undeline The Whole Text, Etc., But How Do You Change An All Caps Text Into Small Letters (Except The First Letter Of Every Sentence) Or Vice Versa?
You can write the text in a word processor or other text formatting software that has a “Proper” (sometimes called “Title”) function.
And for the vice (or the versa, I forget which) you can do the same thing with a “Ucase” or “Upper” function:
YOU CAN CHANGE A TEXT TO ITALICS OR CHANGE THE FONT OR UNDELINE THE WHOLE TEXT, ETC., BUT HOW DO YOU CHANGE AN ALL CAPS TEXT INTO SMALL LETTERS (EXCEPT THE FIRST LETTER OF EVERY SENTENCE) OR VICE VERSA?
