Think about it.
Boat/cart.
Pole/club.
Silence.
Explosions of approval.
I used to enjoy fishing, and I used to enjoy golf.
Boring crap to most. Entertainment for me.

In Illinois it costs $15.00 for an annual fishing license…you then need a fishing pole, tackle and bait…add another $100.00 easy. Round of golf at the local course with rental clubs…$55.00
The hundred for fishing can be used over and over again. Use the license and poles over and over and find bait in the ground for free.
you can not eat golf balls.
Fishing and golf are completly different. I would not call it a poor or common mans recreation either. It’s as cheap or expensive as you want it, depending on how and what you are fishing for.
