Why can't I answer from my tablet?

I couldn’t access Fluther using Chrome when I installed it, so I switched to Firefox.

When you say you needed to install a new browser, are you using a mobile device like a smartphone or a browser?

Yes, everything is current.

I will not install a second browser on my tablet just to access one site.

Is your browser up-to-date with latest version?

@mods It would be polite to tell me that this has been noted and is being looked into. Instead, I have silence. I posted this 2 days ago.

Also, @mods, I have an Android phone running Android 7.1, and I am able to post answers from that phone. I am willing to accept it may be my tablet, but why am I able to use my tablet on absolutely every other website I visit? Only Fluther does not work.

@Hawaii_Jake Sorry, we haven’t answered your question. It would usually be better to ask us directly through Contact the Mods. I don’t know why you are having a problem with your tablet but it does sound like an Android issue combined with the coding on this site. As you know there is not too much work being done on the site but we will post any ideas we have to help you here.

@Hawaii_Jake I presume you have powered down and restarted the tablet?

Yes, I’ve restarted. It’s just a inconvenience. I can use my laptop. Thanks for answering.

Using my tablet, I can’t ask questions on here. I can put in the title but clicking on continue does nothing. Unless it’s the site itself experiencing issues?

I’m also facing same issue with my mobile. I’m not sure if it’s related to my mobile or the site. I have got a workaround though which you can also try. When I face this issue I open any other app like calc and type. When I come back to Fluther.. it starts working again!! Let me know if it works for ya:))

Looks like the problem was a server problem and @ben has fixed it.

Let us know if you are having any further problems. A lot of the time the problems are to do with your browsers and settings but if enough people are experiencing problems, then it is more likely to be a central problem. So please do report it. Thanks

For the record, I tried my tablet last night. I could not post an answer without going through the steps @imrainmaker taught us. I’m fine with that, but it should be noted that there’s a glitch somewhere.
