Do you think these people will make good on their "threat" to leave the US if Trump wins the election?

I am sure there are others.
But these are the names that appear all over the news as the ones who will leave the US if Trump is elected.
Al Sharpton
SC Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg to New Zealand
Whoopi Goldberg
Amy Shumer to Spain
Jon Stewart to another planet. Probably a joke.
Samuel L. Jackson to South Africa
Lena Dunham to Vancouver
Miley Cyrus
Barbara Streisand
Bryan Cranston
Do you think they will move?
If not, why not?
Why do you think they imagine anybody cares if they move or not?

I am sure they’ll find an excuse to not move. For a good portion of them, good riddance.
Can I ride in RBG’s suitcase?
No. Every recent election has been preceded by a flurry of such declarations and succeeded by a decided lack of action. It’s just one more rhetorical flourish among the crowd.
No, they won’t.
Such statements are so much whiney bullshit, just another way to demonstrate one’s vanity.
Note: I would actually have respect for anyone that made such a move for personal economic benefit.
Dear Al Sharpton,
Please GOD make good on your threat to leave.
It will be proof conclusive that you don’t truly have your flock’s best interest in mind.
If everything you’ve been spewing for so long is true, they need you more now than ever.
No. It’s like saying someone makes me so mad I’m going to kill them. But I don’t.
Saying they’re going to leave is just a figure of speech.
If shit keeps hitting fan in USA and they fuck up the balance with Russia, even Norway won’t be safe and I’ll be bugging out to go back to New Zealand. RBG can be my flatmate and Seek and I can open our own craft store.
Count me in, if I could afford to I’d be gone in a nano second. I should have bought that bungalow in Costa Rica back in 2006, stupid me.
Haha & in return we give you Katie Hopkins who promised to leave the country & head for yours if Trump won.
@ucme is that invitation still open?
I can see Barbara Stiesand leaving. I think she has a villa in France anyway. Being a Jewish woman, I’m sure she want to be far away as possible from a guy who has a lot in common with Hitler.
If I had the money. I would be out of here before January 20th.
Already rethinking my retirement nation, instead of my retirement state. If we can stay together for 6 more years, if Trump and the republican party are still leading the country, and he turns out to be my worst fears, my husband and I are leaving. Just can’t go yet.
